Arlen Specter likens American voters to'cannibals'
Arlen Specter was very, very upset about Bob Bennett's election loss at the hands of what he called 'cannibals' who he claims are 'taking over' the country. In other parts of the country those 'cannibals' are referred to as 'voters' - Specter couldn't believe they'd turn after 'one vote to support the bail out of the auto industry'.
