Great moment from Romney on the campaign trail after he was confronted by perhaps the dumbest heckler of all time. President Obama's energy secretary Steven Chu actually said with a straight face that he'd give himself an A- grade for the fine work he's done for Americans everywhere. With rising gas and energy prices - and, as a result, the cost of everything else getting more expensive, it seems laughable he would give himself such high marks.
