MSNBC anchor's arrogant question backfires big time

MSNBC news anchor Contessa Brewer was interviewing a GOP congressman and became so frustrated that he didn't see the brilliance and successes of Obama's stimulus and other financial disasters, she arrogantly blurted out, "Do you have a degree in economics?' Unfortunately for Contessa, the congressman does have a degree in economics. Highest honors. OOOPS. Watch this highly enjoyable clip HERE.

Michelle Obama continues war on tasty foods

Michelle Obama got $400 million in taxpayer cash to fight 'food deserts' -- so called areas where people don't have easy access to fruits and vegetables. Problem is there's not really a problem. Most low income people in America are actually closer to a supermarket than the wealthy, and of the 23 million people who are more than a mile away - 93.3% simply get in there cars and drive there. They spend a measly 4.5 minutes longer getting to the store than others. Why are we wasting time and taxpayer money on a problem many nations would love to have? Glenn explains on radio today.

Campus crusade for Christ drops Christ from the title

You'd think a massive Christian organization founded in 1951 and on a mission to tell people about the Lord Jesus Christ wouldn't think the name 'Christ' is offensive in any way, shape or form. But that's not the case for CCC (Campus Crusade for Christ) who will drop its name of 60 years beginning in 2012. The new name of the organization? Find out HERE.

Debt ceiling free for all: Glenn vs. Pat vs. Stu

All control was lost on radio today during a lively debate on the debt ceiling. Glenn, Pat and Stu argued about the debt proposals coming out, including the one from the Gang of 6 (three Democrats, three Republicans). Is it smoke and mirrors? Should we trust anything they do? Does any of it matter? Check out the debate from radio HERE.

Robert Redford making Weather Underground movie

First Redford did a film glorifying communist and mass murderer Che Guevara called The Motorcycle Diaries - so it shouldn't come as a big surprise that he's getting set to praise another group of radical leftists. This time he's planning on portraying the domestic terrorist group Weather Underground in a positive light. Producers said, "This is an edge-of-your-seat thriller about real Americans who stood for their beliefs, thinking they were patriots and defending their country's ideals against their government."  Well isn't that special. Get the story from The Blaze.

Sharpton to host own MSNBC show?

MSNBC has reportedly dumped host Cenk Uygur and replaced him, amazingly, with Reverend Al Sharpton. Uygur is now claiming that pressure from the White House is what caused his demise. That explanation will help soothe his ego, but it's more likely he was canned because he's one of the worst hosts cable news has ever seen. Not just because his opinions are straight outta grade school, but his delivery is reminiscent of a deranged homeless psychopath - and that's an insult to the deranged, homeless and psychopathic.
