Glenn's uncomfortable elevator ride with...

Fear Mongering? Time, Newsweek & more warn on economy

There's an interesting trend happening in the media - headlines all around seem awfully gloom and doom on the economy. Time, Newsweek and commentators are all talking about the possibility of another recession and have predicted 'imminent' civil unrest. It all sounds eerily similar to what Glenn has been saying all along. Why the sudden change of heart? Are they realizing the error of their ways? Or is there some other reason for the change in tune? Glenn has a theory and shares it on radio today. WATCH

Congress irrelevant? War #4 is here in Yemen

Glenn believes history will remember the guy setting himself on fire in Tunisia as the Archduke Ferdinand moment of our time. It seemed relatively insignificant at the time, but look at what it's triggered. Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and more are all on the verge of collapse. What's really curious is that Obama recognizes things are unstable in the Middle East, yet he keeps encouraging more instability. How? Well, bombing Libya (and continuing it) for one. And now he's bombing another country: Yemen. Does anyone know what side we are fighting with? Glenn has more on radio today. WATCH

Haven't watched the GBTV launch event?

Missed the historic launch of GBTV last night? What's wrong with you! Seriously, it was a fantastic show and Glenn did a great job of laying out Mercury's short and long term visions. Glenn's daily 2-hour live show will not launch until 9.12.11, but there will be plenty going on between now and then. When you are finished  watching the special, make sure to click 'share' and send it around to all of your friends! WATCH and SHARE on Facebook and Twitter:

The best history book Glenn has ever read?

Glenn is reading a fantastic history book right now called The Miracle of Freedom: Seven Tipping Points That Saved the World by Chris & Ted Stewart. The book masterfully weaves thousands of years of history to demonstrate just how rare freedom really is in the context of world history. Freedom didn't just magically sprout up in 1776 - there were several key events, or tipping points, that led to that crucial moment. Do you know what they were? Glenn interviewed author Chris Stewart on radio today - WATCH. You can get this great book at an insanely low 50% discount by checking out Markdown.com's latest deal featuring this book and one other. Go now!

Glenn's uncomfortable elevator ride with...Jeffrey Immelt

It seems Glenn has more odd run-ins than most and today was no exception. Glenn explained how he shared an elevator ride with an executive whom most are familiar with, and not for the right reasons. GE's Jeffrey Immelt and Glenn journeyed several floors before the awkwardness finally, mercifully ended. The two did have a brief exchange - what did Glenn say to GE's big cheese who just happens to be in bed with the Obama administration? Find out HERE.

Incredible audio from Janet Napolitano: Concentrating screening efforts on Muslim Men is 'not good logic'...really? WATCH. Want more stories like this? Glenn's website for news and opinion, The Blaze, now has a FREE daily email newsletter. Sign up HERE.

Obama in denial on economy

Memo to President Obama: the economy is not in 'recovery' and the outlook is even worse. One concession Obama seems finally willing to make (quietly) is that he can no longer blame President Bush and get away with it. So he's come up with an entirely new tactic - Pat has the audio of Obama's ridiculous new excuse for why the economy stinks on ice. Check it out HERE.

TV Tonight:  Glenn interviews one of the smartest economists around - what's he see coming? Don't miss it tonight at 5pm only on Fox!
