Restoring Courage kicks off, Al Jazeera not happy...

August 22, 2011   On Today's Program Recap: Restoring Courage kicks off with 1st event   Last night marked the first Restoring Courage event - it was called The Courage to Love and it was held in Caesarea. It was a powerful way to kick off a series of events that Glenn promises will be a life changing experience for anyone watching. Al Jazeera's take on Restoring Courage was, well, about what you would expect from Hillary Clinton's favorite news network. But there was a ton of coverage, much of it was very favorable - like the Jerusalem Post which wrote this headline: "Analysis in Jerusalem Post: Why Glenn Beck is right" read it HERE. Glenn goes over a few of the complaints from not-so friendly outlets, such as Al Jazeera. DETAILS.   Unfortunate (for the camel): Jeffy attempts to ride a camel - SEE PICTURES.   Terror alert raised in Israel; missile dome operational   Violence continued after the terrorist attacks that killed 8 Israelis and police have now raised the alert level in Jerusalem. Sderot, Ashkelon and Beersheba saw rockets rain down on them throughout the weekend, putting Jerusalem on a Level 3 alert, just one below the highest alert level. Glenn talks about the violence and the incredible technology of Israel's missile dome on radio today. STORY.   Rick Perry called crazy for merely stating facts on global warming (audio)   Not shockingly, the media has gone into hysteria mode now that Texas governor Rick Perry has thrown his hat into the Presidential ring. Chris Matthews was so concerned he said 'can you imagine having a President who doesn't believe in evolution or global warming?' -- the evolution thing is strange coming from Matthews, a so called Christian. Maybe Nancy Pelosi can go grab her favorite 'Word' and read a little bit from Genesis to Chris -- in the meantime, Glenn plays the audio of the latest phony outrage directed at Rick Perry. WATCH   Obama's ratings fall: once again, media has the story wrong   The media is selling the decline as if liberal Democrats are angry that Obama isn't being liberal enough.
