Then and now: reaction to high gas prices The media and politicians alike were furious at the outrageously high gas prices under President George W. Bush. The price of gas was routinely under $2 a gallon during both his terms, but that didn't stop the calls for investigations and 'sky is falling' reports from flooding in. That was then - what about now? Considering gas prices are at record highs for this time of year ($3.53 national avg.) and on track to go even higher, one would suspect the media would be even more upset. Only problem is now they either ignore it or report on how high gas prices saves lives. Seriously. WATCH

Political correctness and special interest groups have media corporations like ABC caving to every little complaint they have. Glenn explains why they do it on radio today.
