When President Obama took over GM he hired his car czar Steve Rattner to help run the show. In Rattner's new book he admits that his first choice of who should be the new CEO of GM (after Rick Wagoner was canned) was NOT an American. Furthermore, Rattner writes that Obama agonized more over the decision on what to pay Wagoner than anything else. More details from The Blaze – STORY.

$700k just for laughs

The recipients of a federally funded study ($700,000) to research humor and joke telling are defending the grant. The ultimate goal is to create a computer program that can generate jokes. Who needs a computer program? Just print out the list of recipients of stimulus cash and that should provide plenty of comedy. Read more on this story HERE.

Fewer young people see themselves as Democrats

Is there hope? Yes and no - if they are progressives then nothing will change. But the New York Times is reporting that the college vote is 'up for grabs' in November.
