Mitt Romney goes off on heckler (VIDEO)

August 12, 2011   On Today's Program GOP hopefuls debate, Bachmann/Pawlenty duke it out   Romney played the role of frontrunner fairly well, Rick Santorum had a few good moments, Herman Cain and Jon Huntsman Jr. had so-so performances while Michele Bachmann had a few highlights of her own including a dust up with Tim Pawlenty. Another interesting moment was when Byron York asked Bachmann if she'd be 'submissive' to her husband while President. Glenn has a recap of the GOP debate from last night - WATCH.   Santorum v. Ron Paul on foreign policy   One of the more heated exchanges in the debate came when Rick Santorum and Ron Paul clashed over foreign policy, specifically Iran. Paul seemed to suggest that the icy relationship between America and Iran is America's fault and that Iran doesn't really pose a threat. Not exactly a mainstream position -- and Santorum schooled him on it. Glenn reacts to this exchange and more on radio today. Romney goes off on heckler   A fantastic video making the rounds on the internet features Mitt Romney squaring off against a group of clearly organized leftist idiots who started peppering him with ridiculous leftist talking points. When Romney began to answer, they interrupted and yelled at him. Then Romney responded back - it's not exactly Chris Christie level demolition but it's pretty solid. Move along!   The press continues to ignore the threat of violence coming to America, even though they said the same thing about England where they are rioting. Three young people trying to defend their family's business were killed trying to do so, and now there is a massive backlash against the looters in England. A group of Muslim vigilantes are vowing to 'hunt down' these 'black men' and 'cut off their heads and feed them to our dogs'. But don't worry about a thing! WH thinks so...   Press Secretary Jay Carney mocks and ridicules a reporter who dared to question the logic behind how unemployment 'creates' jobs. This administration is so blatantly redefining everything - to try and argue that somehow handing out paychecks to people is a job creating machine is simply preposterous.
