We'll probably never know Obama's Libya plans because the press won't bother to question him about it and his case so far is cloudy at best. He and members of his own administration have even voiced clear opposition to similar operations in the past (i.e. Biden said he'd lead the charge to impeach Bush if he authorized military action against Iran).
