The President has announced his New Year resolution: Jobs! Don't get too excited, however, because the President made the same promise last year and the unemployment rate is 9.8% and showing no signs of improvement.  Maybe that means he'll spend a little less time golfing (57 rounds) and shooting hoops (28 'outings') this year.
