 | On Today's Program Obama drops his seal
Was it a sign from God? President Obama was giving a speech and right smack in the middle of it the presidential seal fell right off the podium. Even though he was likely giving his speech using the 'idiot board' teleprompter, he played it off fairly smoothly. Glenn talks about this and all the other bizarre 'coincidences' recently (like the flies landing on his face). ( Transcript, Insider Audio)
Did Chris Christie Snub Glenn?
Once again the media tries to make something out of nothing. Glenn had mentioned at one point that he'd love to meet Chris Christie (honestly, what conservative wouldn't at this point?) and so a reporter asked Christie about it. How did the Gov respond? Who are Fabian Socialists?
Fabian Socialists are to Britain as progressives are to America. Here, progressive is a generally accepted label to have politically, but since Glenn has demonstrated what progressives are all about it's been diminished. Fabian Socialists aren't rejected in Britain - but when you see what they believe, it is anyone’s guess as to why Fabians like George Bernard Shaw are revered.  Dick Blumenthal is terrible
Think Al Gore without all the charisma and swagger and you're left with Dick Blumenthal. This guy has less energy and excitement than rigor mortis. Don't know Dick Blumenthal? He is the Connecticut AG who is running for Senate, and the guy Glenn absolutely DESTROYED in an interview about AIG executive bonuses. He just got completely humiliated during a debate when trying to answer the oh-so tough question: how do you create a job? Hilarity ensues. Enjoy! ( Transcript, Insider Audio)
